The Draper Laboratory University Research & Development (URAD) program sponsors advanced research on college campuses around the country.
The annual call for abstracts has been released. The Call for Abstracts lists topic areas currently of interest, and technical points of contact for each area. Discussion of your project idea with the points of contact and other relevant parties at Draper is highly encouraged. Abstract submittal is due to Draper Lab on or before February 16, 2012. Final decisions about project selection should be available on or about March 15, 2012. A copy of the Abstract Submittal Form, as well as the Call For Abstracts, and Self-ID form, can be obtained by clicking on the links below.
The abstract submittal form and the Self-ID form should be submitted to urad@draper.com by February 16, 2012. Be sure to carefully read and follow the instructions in the Call For Abstracts when completing your abstract and Self-ID forms.
Awards will be implemented as contracts (NOT as grants) that coincide with the Draper fiscal year (July to June), and typically range from $50-150k per award per year.
